Who is the Equipped Membership designed for?

Our membership is tailored for families with children ages 5-12, focusing on the unique developmental needs of this age range. The cool thing about these life skills, however, is that they are relevant to everyone...ages 1-100, so with a few tweaks you can easily include everyone in the family.

What life skills will be learned through this membership?

Through our Equipped Membership, your family will learn a comprehensive set of life skills crucial for personal growth. This includes healthy habits, critical thinking, problem-solving, emotional regulation, effective communication, responsibility, perseverance, gratitude, and more.

What makes the Equipped Membership different from other parenting or educational resources?

Unlike standalone courses that you purchase and then try to figure it out on your own, the Equipped Membership is a comprehensive, interactive learning experience that includes a vibrant community which provides accountability, ongoing support, encouragement, and shared learning experiences making it much more than just a learning resource—it's a space where families grow together.

How often does new material roll out?

At the beginning of each month we will introduce a new life skill through a video mini-course and workbook. Mid-month, we host a Q&A session to tackle any roadblocks or obstacles you might be experiencing. To wrap up the month, we conduct a check-in to reflect on progress and address any obstacles. Additionally, throughout the month, our community platform is continuously updated with posts, discussions, and other interactive content to support and enhance your experience.

What's a "Skills Mastery Review"

A Skills Mastery Review is a dedicated month each quarter where we pause introducing new skills to focus on deepening and troubleshooting the life skills we've covered in the past three months. During this time, we don't just review the skills, but we also celebrate progress and tackle any challenges you and your child might have encountered in applying them. This deliberate pause and reflection ensure that learning is solidified and that your child can confidently apply these skills moving forward without feeling overwhelmed or stressed.

What if I'm worried I won't be able to "teach" this to my children?

We understand that teaching new skills to children can seem overwhelming. That’s why our Equipped Membership is designed to be user-friendly and supportive. Our resources include step-by-step guides, interactive activities, and easy-to-follow instructions that make teaching these skills straightforward and stress-free. Plus, our awesome community and expert support are always available to help you along the way, ensuring that you have the tools and confidence to successfully empower your children with these essential life skills.

How long do I have access to the information within the Equipped Membership?

As a member of Equipped, you'll receive new content focusing on a different life skill each month. Once this content is delivered, it remains accessible to you for as long as you are a member. This means you can revisit and review the materials as often as you like during your membership period, ensuring you have the flexibility to learn at your own pace and refer back to previous lessons whenever needed.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of our content, we cannot offer refunds. You can, however, cancel your membership at any time and will no longer be charged for future billing cycles (but we cannot offer a refund for your current billing cycle). To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle begins. If you choose to cancel your membership, you will have access to the materials through your current billing cycle.

How do I cancel my membership?

We hope you never want to leave us, but if you do, we've got your covered! Simply log into your account. Click on your profile picture. Go to Settings. Scroll down until you find the Billing section. Click on Edit next to Community. Click on Cancel Subscription. After you cancel, you will have access to the materials until the end of your current billing cycle.
